Olacabs Hiring for Senior Managers in B2B Marketing

B2B, intra-city travel is a large, unstructured, and fragmented market which Ola wants to address through the introduction of tailored products in that space. As Marketing Manager will be driving this B2B business for Ola through marketing of solutions like - Ola for Corporate.



Key Responsibilities: 


- Run large, scalable lead generation campaigns for Ola Corporate. 

- Run a lifecycle communication program for lead nurturing and closure. 

- Design effective touch-point communication for decision makers, influencers and end-users of Ola's corporate product. 

- Run segmentation studies and execute targeted communication campaigns to consumers at various stages of their life cycle. 

- Innovate and onboard new lead generation channels. 

- Take ownership of creating marketing collateral and content pipeline for customer acquisition and retention including customer case studies, research reports, product showcases etc. 

- Design and cascade a customer marketing and sales training playbook and guidelines. 

- Evaluate and implement marketing automation tools. 

- Design targeted acquisition campaigns and sales pitch for large accounts. 

- Helps in creating an effective sales pitch and strong sales collateral. 

- Run targeted digital marketing campaigns for lead acquisition. Monitor quality of leads and course correct strategy accordingly.

Past Experience: 


- Experience in B2B marketing is a must. 

- MBA from premier B School is a must 


- Experience in running large, integrated B2B marketing campaigns across channels spanning tactics like digital marketing, email marketing, events, webinars, sponsorships etc.
