Have experience in the latest responsive design techniques - Twitter Bootstrap or Foundation Responsive Design Frameworks.
Have strong opinions about visual design.
Have experience creating beautiful infographics, marketing materials, and email designs.
·         Experience in conversion of PSD to HTML, PSD to Wordpress theme, PSD to Joomla template.
·         Be able to think creatively and justify concepts and ideas to team members.
