1) Customer Care Officers and Technical Support Officers for Orange (UK process, 100% inbound voice) - Resolving queries related to prepaid/postpaid connection, handset and billing.
Graduate freshers eligible. - B.Tech/BE graduates and undergraduates without 6 months international bpo experience not eligible.
Salary : 16,200 - 22,900pm + Joining bonus of 24,000 + performance based incentives upto 20,000 5 days working + Both side cab facility free of cost.
2) Microsoft O365 profile Salary - upto 5L + 5 days working + Both side cab facility free of cost.
Job Details: - Excellent verbal skills in English. - Server knowledge is a must. - 1yr Experience on Active directory mandatory. - Excellent knowledge in Exchange server 2007/2010, Active Directory, Operating Systems and Cloud computing. - Network trouble shooting. - Graduate or equivalent diploma. -24/7 work environment. -BE/B.Tech and graduate freshers not eligible. (Min. 6months international bpo experience mandatory from btech/be graduates)
3) Microsoft EPS profile - Technical support role. - Excellent knowledge in Exchange server 2007/2010, Active Directory, Operating Systems and Cloud computing. - BE/BTech freshers eligible. - 5days working, 24/7 work environment Salary: upto 22,950 + Great incentives + Both sides cab facility free of cost.
4) DELL - Technical support role. - Hardware troubleshooting. - Graduate freshers eligible. You must have good communication. - BE/BTech freshers not eligible. - 5days working, 24/7 work environment Salary: upto 24,500 +Joining bonus + Great incentives + Both sides cab facility free of cost.
5) AT&T Wireline chat - sales chat process. - Btech/BE graduates and undergraduates without 6 months international bpo experience not eligible. - Salary : 14,700 - 19,700pm + performance based incentives 5 days working + Both side cab facility free of cost.
